Support WildInvest
Every contribution reaches the communities at the heart of this work and enables WildInvest to continue documenting.
Three Ways to Give
Whether you want to support a specific community project, contribute to the charity's ongoing work, or join a growing community of conservation supporters, there is a place for you here.
Three community-led conservation projects across two Nicaraguan NGOs need your help. In La Camaroncita, Asociación Nochari's agroecology and iguana conservation programme lost $80,000 in funding overnight due to cuts by the current Administration to the US Department of Agriculture and Forestry. On Ometepe Island, the Biometepe team runs two projects: protecting the last significant population of the critically endangered yellow-naped amazon parrot, and an agroecology programme developing and sharing bio-fertilisers and organic farming techniques.
Your donation is divided equally between the two NGOs.
An overland expedition departing November 2026. Two people, twenty-five thousand kilometres across Patagonia, finding, documenting, and funding the communities living in harmony with nature.
The work of finding, documenting, and amplifying the stories of communities living in harmony with the planet is not free. It requires travel to remote and difficult to reach places, times spent building trust with each community, and people who are genuinely committed to this work over the long term.
Donations to WildInvest as a charity means supporting us at every level. This includes the costs associated with running the charity, present and future field expeditions, and funding for WildInvest projects.
Conservation is a long-term endeavour. Annual membership allows WildInvest to plan, to commit, and to follow through. As a member, you become part of a community of people who believe that the most urgent conservation work is happening in communities, and that listening to those communities is where it all begins.
Continuity of funding is not a luxury in conservation. It is the difference between a project that works and one that doesn't.
Members receive regular field dispatches, updates from the communities we document, and a direct line to the work as it unfolds.

Why Continuity Matters
The communities WildInvest works with have been building their relationship with the land over decades and generations. Building a relationship with them, the kind of trust that allows genuine documentation and support, takes time. Maintaining the support that allows their practices to continue takes consistent, reliable funding. When Asociación Nochari lost $80,000 in funding overnight, the farming families they support did not stop farming. But the support structure around them collapsed. This is why WildInvest exists.
